What is your role at Pathway Legal?

As the Operations Manager at Pathway Legal, I oversee the firm’s financial metrics, including client billing, disbursements, and reporting using tools like Clio and our accounting system. I ensure compliance by liaising with the accountant and manage executive assistant functions. I also contribute to business development, tracking SEO and refining the intake system to improve client acquisition and lead generation.

What should clients look for in a lawyer or law firm?

When selecting a lawyer or law firm, clients should look for transparency in both the legal process and billing, ensuring clarity and trust. It's also important that the lawyer demonstrates a deep understanding of the client’s needs and pain points, showing genuine commitment to their best interests. A firm that combines these qualities fosters a stronger client-lawyer relationship.

What are your interests in addition to law?

In addition to law, I have a passion for watching Formula 1, as I love the excitement of car racing. I also enjoy taking road trips, which allows me to explore new places and immerse myself in nature. Spending time outdoors brings me a sense of relaxation and balance.

What is your favourite kind of animal and what makes it your favourite? 

My favourite animal is a cat because I enjoy the challenge of earning their approval😂. I also love their calming, soothing energy, which is perfect for my introverted nature. Cats bring a sense of peace and quiet that really resonates with me.
