In her experience as a family law lawyer, Val Hemminger, saw that families going through a separation were being unnecessarily dragged by their lawyers through the court system.

This was at great emotional and financial expense to families.

As if going through a separation was not hard enough in the first place, she had seen the lawyers involved make the situation even worse, over and over again, not only for the opposing party, but for their own clients.

At Pathway Legal, we use court as a last resort because we recognize the emotional and financial cost of litigation. Families do not belong in the court room and although we are very experienced in the courtroom, we avoid court whenever possible.

We want you to always know where you stand with us regarding our financial arrangement with you. We send out accounts weekly so there are no ugly surprises. We are also always open to discussing your accounts with us.
